What you'll do

• Provide daily clinical and operational oversight of Autism services
• lead and support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services
• ensure appropriate clinical protocols and treatment practices are implemented with fidelity
• support staff development, training, and clinical competency
• partner with leadership on annual strategic planning, quality goals, productivity, and cost-effective operations
• promote a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for individuals, families, and staff
• monitor program quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• provide direct clinical services as a BCBA when needed to support the team.
