What you'll do

• Photograph and film properties throughout Southwest Florida
• create property tours, Reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and social content
• film the agent and team
• edit photography and short-form video
• identify content opportunities in the field
• develop ideas for showcasing properties and the local lifestyle
• assist with social media, marketing, and digital content depending on skills and interests
• develop creative concepts and promotional ideas
• repurpose content across platforms
• explore AI and emerging technology for marketing projects
• assist with occasional open houses and other projects
• work alongside the agent in the field approximately one to two afternoons per week
• complete much editing and content work remotely.
