What you'll do

• Follow standard recipes and prepare larger batches
• contribute to food production and lead production in an orderly, timely manner
• model and support kitchen staff training and coaching
• maintain food quality and appearance
• monitor par levels, rotate food, and complete production charts
• control portions and store leftovers using dating procedures
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• requisition and store supplies using FIFO and health regulations.
