The Operations & Logistics Specialist role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $27–$32 per hour. The position supports day-to-day branch operations while coordinating with remote administrative leadership. This hands-on role helps keep branch activities running by managing inbound and outbound materials, inventory, delivery preparation, and operational documentation. It connects local warehouse and delivery work with the remote operations team to support accurate, timely service.

What you'll do

• Receive inbound material and verify it against paperwork
• operate forklifts to unload deliveries and move material
• stage, pull, and prepare outbound deliveries
• load delivery trucks
• maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy in the ERP system
• support cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• assist with RMA intake and documentation
• perform local deliveries as needed
• execute routing and shipping paperwork
• coordinate daily priorities with the remote operations team and communicate issues.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. Forklift certification or ability to obtain it immediately; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. The role involves standing approximately 8–9 hours a day, five days a week, and may require lifting up to 90 pounds.
