This role supports the Mattress Firm team in creating an exceptional in-store experience for customers seeking sleep solutions. The role exists to serve as a trusted sleep authority, helping customers find their ideal mattress and sleep products. The consultant drives sales performance and KPIs while maintaining strong customer relationships and leveraging digital tools to support an omnichannel shopping environment.

What you'll do

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase.
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
