The analyst translates business needs into application and process improvements through requirements gathering, SQL-based analysis, testing, and collaboration with business and technical teams. Senior-level analysts also consult across teams, conduct complex analysis, and help shape solutions and decisions.

What you'll do

• Understand business applications and workflows to elicit requirements
• identify process improvements with stakeholders and technical teams
• analyze data for requirements and defect resolution
• support product rollouts using configuration utilities and SQL
• triage defects
• create proofs of concept
• maintain production solutions through change management
• support testing, documentation, training, and software selection.
