The Family Medicine Physician — Medical Director role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, and pays $240,000–$250,000 per year. The full-time schedule is four days per week, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with no hospital call. The outpatient health center serves Lycoming County employees and their families. The physician provides comprehensive primary care while leading clinical operations and supporting high-quality, patient-centered care. The role develops clinical policies and quality initiatives, supervises and mentors advanced practice providers and clinical staff, and works with administrative leadership on operational goals and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages

• promote preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic disease management
• collaborate with administrative leadership on operational planning and performance goals
• ensure regulatory, accreditation, and quality compliance
• participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
• document care in the electronic health record.
