What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles and prepare complete repair plans
• research and document OEM procedures
• identify structural, mechanical, safety, and calibration requirements
• coordinate disassembly and blueprinting
• write and negotiate supplements with insurers
• document labor, parts, materials, and sublet services
• and communicate with customers, technicians, insurers, and vendors.
