Patient Coordinator

What you'll do

• Complete daily opening and closing checklists
• assist with scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations
• create patient records and collect insurance, referral, and demographic information
• enter charges and payments and handle cash accurately
• answer calls and make patient-retention calls
• protect patient information under HIPAA
• maintain orderly front desk and waiting areas
• monitor email and scan inboxes
• assist with supply inventory and escalate complaints or issues.
