The role researches regulations, advises on regulatory and transactional issues, and collaborates with attorneys on housing finance and public housing repositioning matters.

What you'll do

• Handle affordable housing and real estate matters involving HUD programs
• advise on HUD regulatory and transactional issues
• support real estate finance, housing, and community development transactions
• assist with Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment contracts and the Rental Assistance Demonstration program
• research and analyze federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations
• collaborate on housing finance and public housing repositioning matters.
