What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health, educational, and environmental needs
• document assessments and care plans
• coordinate care planning with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and promptly
• notify physicians of condition changes using SBARR
• monitor care-plan delivery
• use QAPI to address problems
• assist with call lights and activities of daily living
• complete at least 12 hours of nursing-related offerings.

Why this role
