The Millwright, Swing Shift role is onsite in Brownsville, OR. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m., with overtime and willingness to cover 12-hour shifts; pay is $31 per hour. The millwright supports manufacturing equipment and facility maintenance at Lignetics. The role diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electrical equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and installs or sets up manufacturing equipment. It helps maintain safe, reliable production by coordinating equipment status with production and keeping maintenance records and supplies current.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
• perform minor building plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as needed
• carry out preventive maintenance and assist with outage planning
• install and set up manufacturing equipment
• lead planning for equipment installations or major repairs
• communicate repair status and release to production
• maintain equipment records and inventory of parts and supplies.
