What you'll do

• Perform equipment setup to standard work
• troubleshoot production problems involving equipment, tooling, and processes
• train and educate operators
• facilitate shift start-up and departmental meetings
• support changeovers and order prioritization
• provide backup scheduling and schedule distribution support
• conduct valve assembly and testing and train others on product functionality tests
• perform preventative maintenance
• maintain records
• address safety concerns and downtime
• support quality notifications, first-article approvals, audits, and standard-work updates
• communicate department status to incoming support teams.
