What you'll do

• Direct and manage the clinical team
• evaluate program services and implement clinical initiatives
• assess patients’ psychosocial status
• develop individualized treatment plans with clients and treatment team members
• provide or arrange crisis interventions
• follow up on treatment effectiveness and recommend service changes
• coordinate referrals
• maintain reports and case histories
• consult with staff
• lead meetings and training
• maintain current counseling knowledge.

Why this role

The posting requires an active Ohio license through the Chemical Dependency Board and Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Board, with credentials including LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LICDC-S; a relevant master’s degree and experience in addiction services are also specified. Regular office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional schedule adjustments.
