What you'll do

• Provide frontline support for hardware, software, and network issues
• troubleshoot computer, system, and application problems
• respond to support requests and incidents
• escalate complex issues and follow up
• install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• set up workstations, devices, and user accounts
• coordinate equipment repair or replacement
• maintain antivirus and endpoint security
• support access management and system monitoring
• test technology solutions
• guide end users
• document issues and resolutions.
