What you'll do

• Train and support Studio Leads
• onboard new Studio Leads with the General Manager
• perform Studio Lead duties such as managing Mindbody and AXLE, answering phones and emails, processing sales, and assisting with opening and closing
• maintain class and staff schedules and inventory
• address client questions and feedback
• support new-client onboarding
• review Net Promoter Scores
• analyze sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll metrics
• support local marketing and attend three to four tabling or local events monthly
• instruct an average of eight classes weekly and be present during at least 20 class times weekly.
