The Foundation Repair Technician I role is onsite at residential and commercial job sites in the Kernersville, NC area. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. Basement And Foundation Solutions works to protect homes and businesses from foundation and water damage. Working under senior technicians’ guidance, the technician assists with foundation and basement installation and repair projects. The role contributes to durable repair outcomes by preparing sites, using tools safely, following project plans and safety procedures, and maintaining equipment and vehicles.

What you'll do

• Install and repair basement and foundation systems under senior technicians’ guidance
• assist with waterproofing, drainage, and structural repair projects
• operate hand and power tools safely
• prepare job sites by excavating, cleaning, and preparing surfaces
• follow project plans, safety protocols, and company procedures
• communicate with customers and team members
• maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work vehicles.
