What you'll do

• Set up dining areas
• prepare meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook
• deliver dishes and trays
• clear dining areas
• discard leftovers and garbage
• clean food stations and wash dishes and cookware
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• assist with expense tracking and menu planning
• and help maintain kitchen equipment.
