What you'll do

• Build the company’s legal function

• close master service agreements, data processing agreements, business associate agreements, and order forms
• create contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and turnaround service levels
• establish positions on call-recording consent, TCPA, AI disclosure, and customer use cases
• and own platform terms, acceptable use and privacy policies, and outside counsel spend.
