What you'll do

• build financial models, valuations, and return analyses
• coordinate financial, operational, commercial, and strategic due diligence
• evaluate transaction structures and terms
• prepare recommendations and presentations for senior leadership and the Board
• assess strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
• collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• perform scenario and sensitivity analyses
• use technology, automation, and AI tools to improve analysis and transaction processes
• maintain confidentiality.
