Mill Helper

What you'll do

• Operate the tube packaging conveyor control panel
• manually package tube bundles when automatic packaging is unavailable
• operate pneumatic banders
• set up and operate the de-dimpler as orders dictate
• monitor mill speeds and shop floor orders
• check length tolerance
• inspect surfaces for defects
• maintain tube straightness to applicable ASTM specifications by adjusting stands
• perform order-specific changeovers, including changing mill rolls.
