Shipping Clerk

The Shipping Clerk role is onsite five days a week at Juggernaut Defense’s North Scottsdale office in Scottsdale, AZ; compensation is not specified. The role supports Operations and Production by processing shipments accurately, resolving material issues, and maintaining efficient flow to production.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, organize, and process incoming shipments
• pick, pack, and process outgoing orders
• verify products, quantities, and shipping information
• prepare shipping documents
• track shipments
• maintain inventory records in Fishbowl and Excel
• stock and organize materials
• pick inventory for work orders
• prepare missing-parts orders
• communicate shortages and shipment issues
• maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
