The role supports members’ financial lives by processing transactions, opening accounts, answering questions, protecting privacy, referring members to relevant products and services, and backing up the head teller when needed.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, statement research, signature verification, and share and certificate transactions
• open share, certificate, and IRA accounts
• assist with checking services and account issues
• respond to member questions about insurance, interest rates, service charges, and account histories
• protect member privacy and follow disclosures, regulations, and privacy policies
• identify and refer members to appropriate products, services, or departments
• serve as Backup Head Teller when needed.
