What you'll do
- Coordinate medical assessments and interdisciplinary care
- ensure accurate assessments and regulatory compliance
- set health care priorities and oversee medication administration, vital signs, and wound care
- supervise and train nursing staff
- coordinate with families, physicians, pharmacies, and community providers
- monitor medication records and clinical documentation
- support quality improvement and incident follow-up
- provide round-the-clock on-call nursing support and weekend and holiday on-call coverage
- perform nursing duties including medication administration, CPR, and first aid.
