The Overnight Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) role is onsite in Columbia, MO, with compensation of $18–$21.65 per hour, depending on experience and education. KVC is a nonprofit child-placing and behavioral health agency; this position supports clients at its Missouri Residential Treatment Center. The technician meets clients’ physical and emotional needs, supports healthy group living, and participates in a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role contributes to client care by providing daily support, managing conflict, and helping implement treatment plans.
