What you'll do

• Coordinate project administration for assigned divisions
• maintain project documentation and contractor communications
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and related documents
• coordinate project startup and scope changes
• communicate billing requirements to accounting
• assist with RFIs, submittals, tracking, and contract administration
• track insurance, safety, compliance, and certification requirements
• and complete certification applications and closeout documentation.
