The Personal Trainer — In-Home Fitness role is onsite in Rosemount, MN, with sessions at clients’ homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations. Pay is $35–$45 per hour, based on experience and client retention. Svetness Personal Training provides clients and scheduling support so trainers can focus on coaching. The trainer delivers one-on-one and couples’ fitness coaching, tailoring workout programs to client goals and assessments. The role demonstrates exercises, checks form, tracks sessions and progress in the Svetness app, and conducts reassessments every four to six weeks while commuting to client locations.

What you'll do

• Design tailored workout programs

• maintain client appointments and scheduling
• travel to client locations, with commutes up to 45 minutes.

Why this role
