Quality Assurance Auditor

The Quality Assurance Auditor role is onsite in North Kingstown, RI, for 40 hours per week. Compensation is not specified. The auditor checks mail kit products and production processes against established standards, documents nonconformances, and supports inspection and continuous improvement. The role works with production teams to validate products, maintain audit records, and help meet quality goals; night and weekend work may be needed for major projects.

What you'll do

• Conduct internal audits of mail kit products
• interpret job sheets, control plans, and ISO/CQM requirements
• apply nonconformance processes and prepare management reports
• provide feedback on errors
• support inspection and segregation of nonconforming products
• validate new products
• maintain audit inputs in JAAMS
• use job tracking systems and support continuous improvement.
