What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests.
• Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals.
• Explain services, memberships, and promotions.
• Support daily spa operations including check-in/check-out and booking appointments.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and workspace.
