What you'll do

• Lead and supervise power make-ready designers
• perform technical design and project work
• assign priorities and monitor progress
• review designs for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• advise on joint-use poles, clearances, pole loading, communication-space rearrangements, and replacements
• coordinate with project leadership
• improve procedures and documentation
• track performance, workload, risks, and resource needs
• train, coach, and mentor team members.
