The Executive Host role is onsite in Rochester, WA, with the possibility of an alternate work location for up to two days per week. Compensation is not specified. Lucky Eagle Casino’s Player Development team builds relationships with VIP guests and supports casino revenue through guest loyalty. The role develops and maintains VIP player relationships, manages player accounts, and evaluates guest activity to guide complimentary services. It also supervises Player Development Hosts and supports events, guest service, and the casino’s rewards program.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain guest relationships
• manage VIP player accounts
• contact active and inactive players weekly
• evaluate guest activity and complimentary-service eligibility
• address VIP guest concerns
• assist with coordinating, promoting, and participating in special events
• supervise, interview, schedule, evaluate, and train department team members
• meet or exceed goals
• follow applicable regulatory, Tribal, casino, and department rules.
