What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, transfers, and grooming
• observe and document behavior, participation, and vital signs
• support therapeutic, rehabilitative, and recreational programming
• implement individualized care and behavioral support plans under clinical supervision
• maintain a safe environment
• respond to behavioral escalations using approved de-escalation techniques
• collaborate with nurses, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists.
