Staffing Coordinator

Job overview

The Staffing Coordinator works onsite in Palm Harbor, FL, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with holiday and weekend rotation required. Compensation is $16.50–$20 per hour. The role supports staffing across skilled nursing, assisted living, and skilled care units at St. Mark Village. The coordinator maintains schedules, attendance and timekeeping records, staffing documentation, and reports so care units have appropriate coverage. The role also provides administrative support to visitors and team members and may assist the nursing team with CNA duties when required.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain staffing schedules for skilled nursing, assisted living, and skilled care units
• manage time-off requests, call-outs, tardies, schedule changes, employee rotations, agency staffing, and attendance records in OnShift
• monitor timekeeping and resolve inaccurate punches
• prepare staffing and attendance reports
• maintain regulatory staffing documentation, daily postings, PBJ updates, and compliance records
• respond to calls, visitors, and team inquiries
• assist with CNA duties when required.
