What you'll do

• Develop cost volumes and pricing proposals for solicitations
• estimate labor, materials, subcontracts, indirect rates, and fee
• maintain pricing models, templates, and Basis of Estimate documentation
• conduct competitive pricing analysis and recommend bid prices
• ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data requirements
• support proposal reviews, fact-finding, and negotiations
• perform cost realism and should-cost analyses
• support cost tracking, variance analysis, and rate development
• maintain pricing databases and historical data.
