What you'll do

• Assess client workflows and identify AI use cases
• design solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform
• contribute to AI governance and KPIs
• translate technical concepts for business leaders
• develop prompt templates and customer-specific Copilot Agents
• assess AI readiness, including data, licensing, security, and compliance
• support training, change management, adoption metrics, and value measurement
• facilitate client workshops and advise on AI initiatives.
