What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning supplies
• wash, sanitize, and dry kitchen utensils, equipment, and other items
• return and restock items after washing
• maintain a pace that prevents dish backups
• maintain dishwashing machinery and report potential issues
• monitor cleaning supplies
• assist with back-of-house and restroom cleanliness
• empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
