Concrete Structure Foreman — Bridge and Highway Construction

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a crew of approximately 4–5 employees
• coordinate daily concrete activities and assignments
• oversee forming, placement, and finishing
• interpret construction drawings and specifications
• maintain quality and safety standards
• coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• work with superintendents and project managers on schedules
• address field challenges
• mentor crew members and promote accountability.
