Personal Care Attendant

Job overview

The Personal Care Attendant role is onsite in clients’ homes in Naples, ME, and surrounding Cumberland County communities. Pay is $17–$19 per hour based on experience, certifications, and availability, with performance-based increases. MaineTouch provides in-home care and matches attendants with nearby clients based on availability. The attendant supports clients’ safety and ability to live at home by following individualized care plans and providing personal assistance, practical household help, and companionship. The work is one-on-one in a home setting rather than a facility.

What you'll do

• Follow individualized plans of care while providing personal care
• support safe mobility and transfers
• assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• provide companionship. Complete PSS training within 60 days of hire
• reliable transportation is required and a valid driver’s license is preferred.
