What you'll do

• Screen vendorization inquiries
• review and route applications
• verify vendor licenses and credentials
• maintain review reminders, files, databases, and vendor numbers
• notify vendors, staff, and DDS of approvals and changes
• analyze applications for compliance
• track contracts
• prepare memos, reports, and correspondence
• update SANDIS, UFS, contract database, and rate table
• maintain reports of contracts and vendorization requests.
