The Retail Floor Lead – Kierland Commons role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, and pays $17–$19 per hour plus team pooled commission. The lead supports Vuori’s retail sales team and store leadership at Kierland Commons. The role leads by example on the sales floor, builds customer relationships, and helps the store meet sales and service goals through product knowledge, team guidance, and daily operational support.

What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to deliver strong customer experiences
• oversee the sales floor and assist customers with fitting rooms, sizing, style, and fit
• share product knowledge and customer feedback
• lead day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent
• motivate the team toward sales goals
• communicate inventory needs
• support store maintenance, restocking, visual merchandising, cleaning, and opening and closing procedures.
