What you'll do

• Manage active transactions from contract to close, tracking deadlines, missing documents, and compliance items
• coordinate listings from intake through go-live and maintain accurate MLS information, marketing assets, and paperwork
• support the Principal Broker with calendar, correspondence, and priority tasks
• maintain the transaction compliance checklist
• communicate with agents, title companies, and lenders
• identify issues early and propose solutions.
