What you'll do

• Operate and care for surveying and data collection instruments
• record survey results and verify accuracy with field checks
• transmit survey data and retrieve data for field use
• prepare field notes, daily records, and staking cut sheets
• assist with staff training on field methods and instruments
• research survey evidence, maps, deeds, and records
• lead the crew with attention to safety, cost control, efficiency, and professionalism
• maintain internal and external client relations
• perform construction staking, boundary, ALTA, right-of-way, aerial, and topographic survey activities.
