Customer Service Representative – HVAC

The Customer Service Representative – HVAC position is onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour plus bonus opportunities. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, including Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday, Friday, and Monday shifts from noon to 8 p.m. Bold City Heating & Air serves as a partner in keeping Jacksonville comfortable. The representative manages customer calls and service scheduling from booking through job completion, coordinating technician movement and customer updates. The role manages the dispatch board in real time, routes technicians, tracks tickets, and works to ensure customers are satisfied when service is complete.

What you'll do
