What you'll do

• Manage and train the lead technician and laborers
• coordinate contents packouts, cleaning, and packback
• create work orders
• schedule jobs and inspections
• request insurance adjustor approvals
• manage collections
• build relationships with agents, adjustors, customers, and vendors
• ensure job-site safety under OSHA requirements and company policies
• manage project profit and loss
• inspect sites and confirm scope
• resolve customer questions
• monitor performance and budgets
• ensure weekly vehicle inspections
• be on call during catastrophic events.
