What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
• Dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan and monitor daily job progress.
• Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes.
• Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and scheduling information.
• Assist with workload balancing, route planning, and emergency scheduling needs.
• Collaborate with technicians, managers, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first call to job completion.
• Help maintain strong communication between customers and field technicians.
