What you'll do

• Estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs for landscape and hardscape projects
• review blueprints, site plans, and specifications and prepare takeoffs
• prepare bids and proposals
• collaborate with project managers and designers to refine estimates and identify cost savings
• analyze materials and labor requirements
• obtain pricing and availability from vendors and subcontractors
• conduct site visits to assess conditions and confirm scope.
