What you'll do

• Perform simple repairs to structures and equipment
• maintain and repair doors, windows, screens, and building hardware
• handle service calls involving basic plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
• install plumbing traps and vents
• move appliances and materials
• operate hand-guided and powered equipment
• assist with daily reports
• clean units and appliances and strip and wax floors
• use personal protective equipment and follow safety requirements
• complete assigned training. The posting requires participation in an on-call rotation and availability after hours, on holidays, and weekends as needed.
