The Litigation Counsel, Intellectual Property and Consumer Disputes role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with compensation of $160,000–$240,000 per year. Triumph builds real-money skill gaming and digital collectibles experiences, and this position is its first dedicated litigation counsel role on a small, hands-on legal team. The counsel manages intellectual property litigation with outside counsel and handles consumer arbitration matters directly. The role also works across business teams to address dispute trends, improve processes, advise on legal risk, and build the infrastructure needed to manage litigation matters.

What you'll do

• Manage trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property litigation with outside counsel, including strategy, budgets, staffing, and filings
• draft and file litigation documents
• respond to consumer arbitration and pre-arbitration demands
• partner with Product, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Trust & Safety to improve dispute workflows and reduce litigation risk
• advise legal and business leadership
• create and maintain matter tracking, litigation hold procedures, templates, and docket and spend reporting.
