What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, train, and evaluate intake specialists
• oversee the intake pipeline across phone, email, web forms, and walk-ins
• refine scripts and workflows
• track response, contact, conversion, and follow-up metrics
• conduct initial interviews and gather case information
• assess case viability and handle escalated inquiries
• coordinate signed-case handoffs
• organize initial documents and records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• analyze performance and recommend process improvements.
