What you'll do

• Represent clients in construction disputes, claims, contracts, and related litigation
• advise on legal risks, contractual obligations, and practical strategies
• draft, review, and negotiate project agreements
• manage matters from strategy through resolution
• conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• and participate in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings as appropriate.
